Preparing for Your Kickoff Session

Your onboarding begins with your Kickoff Session. This meeting is designed to align your team, define implementation priorities, and establish a clear path forward.

Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Member365

Teams that review this in advance move faster and avoid delays during onboarding.

What the Kickoff Session Covers

1. Introduce your Customer Success Coach
2. Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
3. Define success criteria
4. Review your onboarding roadmap and timeline
5. Explain how we stay organized
6. Schedule upcoming sessions

Who Should Attend

Kickoff sessions are most effective with 1 to 3 attendees.

Project Champion (required)
Membership Manager
Anyone involved in membership decisions, including pricing, renewals, or structure

What Happens After the Kickoff

Your next session is Membership Strategy, where your structure is defined and prepared for configuration. Before that session, your team should complete the membership worksheet so you can arrive with a starting point for categories, pricing, renewals, and access.

Teams that do not prepare often stay at a high level and may require additional sessions.

Final Note

Clear ownership, advance review, and steady progress help your team move efficiently from kickoff through launch.
