Introducing the Member365 Marketplace

We’re excited to introduce the Member365 Marketplace, a new place for our customers to discover add-ons, connections, and services that can help your team work more smoothly and get more from Member365.

Over time, we’ve rolled out all sorts of ways for associations and nonprofits to do more with Member365, whether that’s connecting it to other tools you use or just getting a little extra help from our team when you need it.

But we noticed a pattern.

Sometimes, customers didn’t realize these options were available until they came up in a conversation with our team. A customer might mention a time-consuming process or operational challenge, only to discover an add-on, connection, or service that could help.

We wanted to make those options much easier to discover.

So, we built the Member365 Marketplace.

One Place to Explore More of What Member365 Can Do

The Marketplace is where you’ll find all the extra features, connections, and services you can add to Member365.

You can browse the Marketplace based on what you’re trying to accomplish, learn more about individual options, and let our team know when you’re interested in adding something to your Member365 environment.

You’ll find three main categories.

Add-Ons: Expand Your Member365 Capabilities

Add-Ons give your organization additional capabilities when you need them, while keeping important activity connected to Member365.

Today, you can explore options including a Learning Management System, Continuing Education Tracking, and Vanity Domains.

Connections: Bring Important Systems Together

Most associations rely on other software alongside their association management system. Connections bring those systems closer to Member365 and reduce the need to move information manually between different places.

The Marketplace currently includes connections for QuickBooks Online, SmarterU, WordPress Single Sign-On, Zapier, API Access, and Outlook.

Each connection tackles a different need, so you can check out the Marketplace pages to see how they work and figure out if they’d be a good fit for your team.

Services: Get More Help When You Need It

Technology is only one part of running an association or nonprofit.

Sometimes you just need an extra set of hands, some expert advice, or a little help getting a project over the finish line. The Services section is where you’ll find those resources.

You can explore Concierge Support, Training Services, Website Design, Certificate Design, Data Cleaning, Consulting Services, and Security & Compliance Packages.

These services give your team a clearer path to additional support when your needs go beyond day-to-day platform use.

Built to Make Your Options Clearer

The idea behind the Marketplace is simple: if we can help your organization work more effectively, we want to make that as easy as possible.

We want you to see exactly what’s out there, what each option does, and where to go if you want to dig deeper.

The Marketplace also gives you room to explore before deciding.

If something catches your attention, select “I’m interested”??from the main Marketplace page and submit your information. Someone from the Member365 team will follow up to discuss what implementation would involve.

If you want to dig deeper first, visit the individual Marketplace page for more information and submit an inquiry when you’re ready.

Find the Marketplace in Member365

Getting started is easy.

Log in to your Member365 dashboard and look for the new Marketplace button in the top navigation.

From there, you can browse Add-Ons, Connections, and Services, explore options relevant to your organization, and see what’s coming next.

We’ll continue developing the Marketplace as new ways to extend and support Member365 become available.

Head to the Marketplace from your Member365 dashboard and take a look around. You might discover a new way to make your team’s??day a little easier.
