It’s worth thinking about switching if your current association management system no longer matches how your organization works.
Signals may include reporting that requires excessive cleanup, complicated membership or chapter workflows, scattered financial processes, staff reliance on spreadsheets, professional development becoming more central, or uncertainty about where the authoritative member record resides.
That does not mean every YourMembership customer should move.
If YourMembership???s all-in-one model, website, community, reporting, and workflows still work well for your team, switching systems just for the sake of change probably is not a good use of your staff???s time.
The better question is whether your AMS still supports the organization you are becoming.
