A switch is worth evaluating when the way your association operates has become more complex than the system supporting it.
Common signals include repeated spreadsheet reconciliation, reporting that takes too much manual cleanup, member data spread across different systems, growing professional development requirements, or too much operational knowledge living with individual staff members.
That does not mean every WildApricot customer should switch. If WildApricot still supports the way your team and members work, changing systems simply for the sake of changing them may create more effort than value.
