Donation Receipt Improvements
We’ve made several improvements to donation receipt functionality to support more reliable and flexible receipt generation.
Smart Tags for Donation Receipts
Donation receipts now support additional smart tags, allowing organizations to include more dynamic information in receipt content.
This gives administrators greater flexibility when customizing donation communications and reduces the need for manual edits.
Improved Invoice Download Filenames
Downloaded invoice files will now use the invoice name rather than the previous generic Receipt{InvoiceID} naming convention.
This makes downloaded files easier to identify, organize, and share.
Improved Group Membership Invoice Descriptions
For group membership seat packages, invoice line items now include the associated membership category name.
This provides clearer invoice descriptions for both administrators and members.
Forms & Reporting
New Form Import Templates
A new Import Template option has been added to the Forms menu.
Administrators can now select a form and export a structured import template based on that form;s fields.
This makes it easier to:
- Prepare data for imports
- Ensure imported data matches the expected form structure
- Reduce formatting errors
- Standardize bulk data collection and migration processes
Opt-In Date Added to Sign-Up Form Reporting
The Sign-Up Form Contacts report now includes an Opt-In Date column.
The Opt-In Date is also included in Excel exports, giving administrators better visibility into when a contact signed up or provided their information through a sign-up form.
Membership Category Filter in Form Analytics
A new Membership Category filter has been added to the Form Analytics page.
Administrators can now narrow form analytics results by membership category, making it easier to understand engagement and responses across different member groups.
Header Option Restored for Surveys and Voting Forms
The Header option has been restored in the Form Editor for Survey and Voting form types.
Administrators can once again use headers to better organize longer forms and separate questions into logical sections.
Events
Event Registration Activity Now Tracked in Engagement Analytics
Event registration login activity is now correctly captured in the Engagement Analytics report.
This provides more complete visibility into member and contact engagement with events.
Improved Mobile Experience for My Event Registrations
We’ve improved the My Event Registrations table for mobile devices.
Registration information is now easier to view on smaller screens, improving the member experience when accessing event details from a phone or tablet.
Event Banner Website Integration
Event Banner integration has been added for website use.
This gives organizations another way to promote events and display event information within their website experience.
Memberships & Renewals
Renewal Description Tags
Additional renewal description tags are now supported.
These tags allow organizations to include more dynamic membership and renewal information in renewal-related messaging and descriptions.
Clearer Group Membership Seat Package Invoices
Group membership seat package invoice line items now include the membership category name.
This makes it easier for organizations and their members to understand exactly what is being billed.
Content Editing
Image Upload Restored in Workspace Descriptions
The image upload tool is now available again in the Workspace Description editor.
Administrators can once again upload and insert images directly when creating or editing Workspace content.
Directory Overview Updated to CKEditor
The Directory Overview editor has been updated to use CKEditor.
This provides a more consistent editing experience and brings Directory content editing in line with other areas of Member365.
