Workspace Discussions: Updated Content Editor

The content editor used in Workspace Discussions has been upgraded to the latest supported version of CKEditor.

This update improves editor reliability, compatibility, and the overall experience when creating or editing discussion content.

Organization Directories: New Location Search Setting

A change has been made to organization directories:

When using organization type directories, the directory???s location filter will search against the organization???s address. This provides greater control over how location-based directory searches return results.

This setting applies only to Organization Directories.

Continuing Education: CE Level Filter

A new CE Level filter has been added to the Activities Pending Approval page.

Administrators can now filter submitted activities by continuing education level, making it easier to review and approve the appropriate records.

Invoices: Contact Information Snapshot

Contact information is now captured and preserved when an invoice is created.

This ensures that the contact details shown on an invoice remain consistent, even if the contact???s profile information is updated later.

Event Registration: Remove Promotional Codes at Checkout

Registrants can now remove an applied promotional code during the event registration checkout process.

This allows users to correct an incorrectly entered code or continue registration without using the promotion.

Zapier: Event Payment Trigger

A new Zapier trigger is available for event purchases.

Organizations can now start an automated Zap when an event purchase is paid in Member365, supporting workflows such as:

  • Sending information to another application
  • Creating follow-up tasks
  • Updating external contact records
  • Triggering internal notifications

Group/Employee Account Report: Improved Organization Search

The search function in the Related Members Report has been updated to include organization names.

Administrators can now locate group/employee-member records by searching for either the individual contact or their associated organization.
