Product Updates

We’re excited to share several enhancements designed to improve reporting clarity, event management, and member visibility across your Member365 system.

Video Access via Contact Demographics

You can now grant video access based on Contact Demographics.

What this means:

Target video visibility more precisely by aligning access with demographic selections no need to rely solely on membership categories. This gives you greater flexibility when delivering content to specific segments of your audience.

Add-Ons Now Included in Membership Reports

Active and Lapsed Membership Reports now display any add-ons connected to a member’s membership.

What this means:

You can quickly see which optional upgrades, extras, or supplemental products are tied to each membership, improving reporting accuracy and simplifying audits.

Enhanced Public Event Calendar View

The public event calendar embed now allows users to switch between:

  • Calendar View

  • List View

What this means:

Visitors can choose how they prefer to browse your events, improving usability and increasing engagement on your website.

Invoice Access Added to Event History

The Event History section on the Contact Profile now includes direct access to the related invoice.

What this means:

Staff can instantly view financial details associated with event registrations, no more searching through invoices separately.

Workshop Attendance Export Improvements

Workshop Attendance Exports now include:

  • Workshop Date

  • Workshop Time

What this means:

Attendance records are now more complete and easier to validate for reporting, compliance, and tracking purposes.

Birth Dates Added to Membership Reports

Membership reports now include Birth Date as an exportable field.

What this means:

You can better support demographic reporting, eligibility verification, and member engagement initiatives.
