Who should attend the kickoff?
Kickoff sessions typically include 1–3 attendees.
Your Project Champion should attend, along with any team members involved in membership, payments, or website updates.
What happens after the kickoff session
Once your kickoff session is complete, we’ll confirm the implementation plan, schedule your next working sessions, and begin onboarding in a structured sequence designed to keep progress steady.
No formal preparation is required, but it helps to have a general sense of your goals, desired outcomes, and who on your team will help make onboarding decisions.
